I want you to LOVE your new wig! I offer a three-day return window on all wigs (except Final Sale wigs).
Day One starts the day you receive the wig. If Day Three falls on a Sunday, please contact me to extend
your return window to ship your wig back to the end of the day Monday. Your wig must be sent back in
the same condition it was received. This means the lace is not altered in any way, the hair has not been
washed or heat styled, there is no evidence of the wig being worn, there are no additional odors, (e.g. smoke, perfume) and all packaging material is in place.
If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance for your return and the package is lost, you will be responsible for the full cost of the wig.
Be sure to thoroughly inspect your wig/hair-piece during your three-day window and before cutting the lace.
Please contact me at Lara@TheManeSpot.Store prior to shipping your wig back. There will be up to
a 24 hour response time and a three-to-five day window before you are refunded. This allows me time
to properly inspect the piece.
Restocking Fees
Wigs: 5% restock fee for new AND resale wigs. I do offer one exchange on each order (buyer pays shipping).
Restock fees help me cover non-recoverable costs such as processing fees, as well as packaging materials and the time to wash, restyle and re-list the piece. (When refunding you, I am not refunding shipping or any fees charged to me).
**All afterpay purchases are final sale due to extra processing fees that accrue on my end of the sale.
**I do NOT offer a cancellations. Restock fees will apply should you cancel your order prior to it being shipped out due to the processing fees.
Shipping
I offer a $20.00 shipping fee within the continental USA, Fully Insured! Buyer is responsible for additional insurance fees. I am not responsible for missing packages or fees incurred if an incorrect address is provided.
Additional Insurance
Additional insurance above the USPS insurance, is charged to the buyer. Once your package has
shipped, it is the responsibility of the recipient. There may be a signature required on packages insured
above $1,000 US.
International Orders
Any taxes or fees for international shipping that are paid will not be refunded and the buyer may be
charged for shipping, depending on location and any additional fees. I am not responsible for customs
delays, orders stuck in customs or fees. Please be aware of your country’s customs import allowances
and restrictions. As the importer, customs import duties, fees, and taxes are the customer’s
responsibility.
